Should I wear stockings on my unaffected leg?


Only your leg with symptoms or diseases needs a compression stocking, however, some people feel more comfortable wearing socks on both legs for a more even feeling. For instance, if your doctor recommended you wear a 30-40 mmHg stocking on your affected leg, you may choose to wear a 15-20mmHg sock on the unaffected leg. We recommend consulting your doctor before making any decisions regarding your compression sock usage.
